WSCS International Ltd shall in respect of all Personal Data:

  • notify You, the Customer, upon the occurrence of any incident which results in, or is likely to result in, a breach by WSCS International Ltd of its obligations under the Data Protection Laws, including any loss, theft, deletion, disclosure or corruption of Personal Data and/or any unauthorised use or access to Personal Data (a Security Incident)
  • provide all cooperation and information reasonably requested by You, the Customer, in respect of a Security Incident

DEFINITIONS
